Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During product launches or limited releases, processing times may take slightly longer due to order volume.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation message with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Condena is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen logistical issues once the order has left our facility.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Condena is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returns

Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
